How are minutes counted?
Only while Parlo is listening. Pause or stop and the clock stops. The ring around the record button shows how much time you have left.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Pro includes 500 minutes every month, and they reset when your plan renews.
What happens if I run out?
Top up with a minute pack: 60 minutes for $2.99, 200 minutes for $8.99 or 500 minutes for $19.99.

Where does my audio go?
While you record, audio streams over an encrypted connection to our speech partner, which transcribes and translates it. We never receive or store your recordings, and your conversation history is saved only on your device.
Does it work offline?
No. Translation runs in the cloud, so Parlo needs Wi-Fi or mobile data while you talk.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. Parlo runs on iPhone and iPad, and the larger screen works well on a counter or desk.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings.
